I don't know who would get out since they are both bland. pillow was bland too but these 2 are more bland than her
and let me tell you why we can't let pillow win TPOT:

also she wasn't the reason they lost episode 9, nickel was cuz he put pillow under his head which made her mad and caused her to go psycho
